  • Hire and coach a great hospitality team with a purpose turning our clients, members and guests into raving fans.

  • Build or tweak systems to lead to the goal 0% reactivity of the yourself and the staff

  • Manage priorities and key performance indicators to drive meeting and communications

  • Utilize our ideal client system, continue to refine and identify future referrals

  • Optimize the systems of conversion for staff to sign up new memberships

  • Oversee systems for opening, closing and flow throughout the day, week and month

  • Oversee cleanliness procedures for bar, kitchen and cigar lounge.

  • Give stellar service in combination with our brand ambassador team which result in winning raving fans.

  • Oversee the team and systems to manage inventory and the cost of goods sold while growing sales.

  • Oversee team and systems to increase referrals, retention and reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of managerial experience in hospitality

  • Experience with project management and spreadsheet software

  • Experience with leading meetings and group communications

  • Proven track record of success in building teams, systems and satisfaction leading to growth
